   Proposal Description:
   This study aims to examine the link between Alzheimer's related dementia and depression. The study will examine the correlation between the onset, as well as severity, of depression in individuals diagnosed with AD dementia using correlational analysis. The study will also investigate the moderating role of possible protective factors, such as education and social support, on dementia and related depression via Hayes bootstrapping. Finally, the study will examine the correlation between age, dementia, and depression. The project could have clinical implications for the design of other treatment methodologies.
